What if I have my mail sent to a post office box?

I had a good friend ask me this. She was wondering if she can still get the converter box coupon even if she does not have a current mail box. She has all of her mail routed to a P.O Box.

Under current government program rules, coupons will only be mailed to a P.O Box if you do no have a current home address or you live on an Indian Reservation. Also Alaskan Native villages and possibly other rural areas can receive the coupon, but that may change soon.

From what I have researched, as of April 2008, the NTIA (National Telecommunications and Information Administration) filed an application so that other people who use post office boxes will still be able to receive a converter box coupon.
